My Restaurants:
Park Fora, overlooking the Bosphorus, is the most popular seafood restaurant in the city. Beyti is of the best Turkish restaurant preferred by locals - it serves regional specialties from all over Turkey, and kebab and doner kebab are best-sellers.

Papermoon is one of Istanbul’s busiest restaurants, as trendy as anything in Los Angeles or New York. Most popular dishes include linguine, seafood pappardelle, gorgonzola gnocchi and spaghetti vongole. Seasons, in the hotel, is in a glass-enclosed courtyard with an outdoor terrace: it serves Mediterranean cuisine with Turkish flavors. Ulus 29 is on the hills overlooking the Bosphorus: it has a Turkish menu with Mediterranean flavor.
My Suggestions for Kids:
Miniaturk is a new theme park with miniatures of such landmarks as palaces, mosques, and churches from all over Turkey. Developed by the Istanbul Culture and Artistic Trade Corporation, Miniaturk gives a potted vista of the history and culture of the country throughout the ages. It is on 11 hectares of land in Halic, next to the Sutluce Culture Center.
Rahmi Koc Museum's lifelong enthusiasm for models and miniatures, the superb collection of models and toys is mostly housed in the Lengerhane building (though a few may also be found in galleries of the new Haskoy Dockyard as well). Cars, lorries, ships, yachts, locomotives, and carriages are all strongly represented, as are fine, working models of stationary engines. They also have an extensive and important collection of toys through the ages, some of which can be seen in the replica toyshop.
Istanbul Toy Museum is the country's first and only such collection, thanks to famous poet Sunay Akın who has collected toys from all over the world for the last 30 years.
My Sport:
The most popular football teams Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Besiktas organize summer schools for kids. These do not only offer football but also basketball, swimming, volleyball and other disciplines.

My Escapes:
Agva is known by its green nature, miracle rivers, deep blue sea, fresh air and different kind of fish. It is 60 miles from Istanbul, on the delta of Goksu and Yesilcay, which rise on the Hill Cal near Izmit. Hotels and restaurants are located on the banks of these two rivers with their activities. Agva is a hidden beauty that has been route to several civilizations, including the Romans and Ottomans. Their traces can still be found in some villages of Agva. As it is located on the coast of Black Sea, may kind of fish can be caught. It also offers for sightseeing in the forest, camping, fitness, bike riding, canoeing, swimming and much more.
Sapanca Lake is two hours' drive from Istanbul. You drive through beautiful green countryside and suddenly a beautiful blue lake will welcome you. The blues of the lake, the greens of nature and the perfume of flowers makes you feel as if you were in a tropical resort.
