I can ask any store to stay open before or after hours if there is a guest with serious shopping purpose. i.e. Bijan, Van Cleef & Arpels or Roberto Cavalli showrooms.

Also our professional shopper Aly Scott has contacts with any top and unique stores and she can arrange for special visits to these stores. Aly can have clothes brought to the hotel from certain stores, so guests don’t have to go to stores if necessary.
WANT TO FOLLOW HOLLYWOOD STARS?
Stars can be seen shopping at stores like Maxfields, Kitson, Madison, Fred Segal, Blue on La Brea, Confederacy and Jamilyn or dining at The Ivy, Toscana, Cut and Koi. Jay Leno for example likes to stop at Pink’s for hot dogs and burgers.
SPORTS IDEAS
I can get guests in VIP sections of Staples Center for the Lakers games, like floor seats behind the Laker’s bench or the private boxes in the Premier section. I can obtain premier location seats to almost any show and award show, except the Academy Awards as tickets are not for sale to that event.
PRE-TEENS AND TEENS
I can arrange for a movie star’s home tour by helicopter. They can land below The Hollywood Sign and view it from a very close distance. A very VIP tour can be arranged for them at Universal Studios so they can view how movies are made. I can arrange for instructors to go

Abbas Golstani has been a concierge for 26 years. He started at Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, also in the Los Angeles area, in 1983 and worked there for five years. He has opened three hotels in his career, which has included stints at the Hotel Bel-Air and what is now the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel. He returned to The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows in 2000.
