One of the great hotels of the world. The Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong is pretty close to perfection. This is truly 5 star luxury. The rooms are beautiful, the beds very comfortable, the views across Victoria Harbour are amazing. The location is perfect – right on the harbour in the financial district, with some of Hong Kong’s best shopping directly accessed from the Hotel (IFC).

The attention to detail is really great. One thing a lot of hotels get wrong is the breakfast offering, but we were so impressed with the Bircher muesli in The Lounge – a very pleasant surprise.

For a foodie this is the perfect hotel. I don’t think there are any other hotels in the world that can boast two 3 Michelin star restaurants! Lung King Heen is wonderful – probably the best dim sum I’ve ever eaten. Although we didn’t eat at Caprice, we had a look through and it looked really amazing – we’ll definitely go there next time we’re in Hong Kong.

You can’t stay at Four Seasons Hong Kong without experiencing the pool – probably one of the best rooftop pools in the world. It’s an incredible feeling to be relaxing in the pool looking out at Victoria Harbour and at the lights of Tsim Sha Sui. It takes your breath away.

And the spa…wow! There are two double treatment rooms with floor to ceiling glass looking out over the harbour – a very special experience worth making time for. The massage was heavenly.

The gym is equally impressive – all the equipment you could ever need including a Powerplate and pilates studio. It’s a great environment to work out in.

I cannot wait to go back!
