The Crosby Street hotel would have to be one of my favourites in New York. It has all the character and charm of an English hotel, including the cobble stone street frontage. The location couldn’t be better.

Is it possible for a hotel to be both chic and quaint? Maybe not, but Crosby Street is definitely chic and the cobble stone streets, cast iron accents and brick facades are certainly quaint – in an edgy kind of way. The hotel is as close to the heart of New York’s SoHo district as possible.

My suite was amazing and fabulous in every way. The interiors are very well done with great attention to detail. The décor and furniture is artistic and elegant with a touch of whimsy. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The service was spot on. The gym was well equipped but not overwhelming. And although I didn’t watch a movie, the hotel’s 99-seat theatre would be a great place to sip red wine and host a screening.
