We are big fans of the Beaujolais Nouveau, it is just a fun time of year, and for me the release kicks off the holidays. We have a Beaujolais Nouveau "tasting" in December every year... it takes that long to gather 5 different Nouveau's to taste. In 2008 we had 15 couples go thru 42 bottles of wine... ok so it changes from a tasting to a drinking :) Already sampled several... 2 weeks to the party... cheers!!!
