Hotel Arts is truly an oasis for visitors to the up and coming city of Calgary in Canada. After taking a step inside the hotel, I believed that I had entered a place of great artistic ambiance and revitalization.
This hotel is located in the center of the city’s entertainment and arts district, and is quite close to Calgary’s business district.
The hotel pays tribute to the famous Hotel Arts in Barcelona, Spain, and has blown glass and three dimensional art displayed all across the hotel.
This Kiwi Collection property is elegant with lots of raw touches, which add to its charm in my opinion. It has 175 rooms and suites, including a pool and Jacuzzi suite!
You’ll enjoy your stay in all aspects; from drinking champagne around the heated pool at the center courtyard, to enjoying some of the finest, award-winning French cuisine at the Saint Germain Restaurant, to trying unusual and unique drinks at the RAW Bar.
The rooms have undergone millions of dollars worth of renovations and are contemporary and elegant without a hint of pretention.
The rooms are true to the needs of the business traveler, but I don’t think they’d make a leisure traveler out of place.
They provide the right amount of atmosphere for a meeting, but given the look and feel of this hotel, you’ll probably look for any excuse to entertain your guests and business partners with great cuisine and fine wine. A definite step away from the ordinary!
If you really want to experience a spectacle, pay a visit to the Italian Bisazza glass-tile pool. The pool is surrounded by art and has service from the RAW bar.
So the next time you are looking for a luxury hotel in Alberta, give Hotel Arts a chance to invoke your senses and appreciate the raw elegance of your stay.
