If you’re looking for a hotel with unmatched service and a grand décor, then look no further than The Fullerton Singapore. Kiwi Collection’s VP of Online Distribution and E-Commerce, Sameer Poonja, visited this hotel and shares his thoughts about his stay there in his review.
One thing that I really noticed about my stay at The Fullerton Singapore was the service. If service was measurable, this hotel would get 11 out of 10 (and other hotels should learn from the staff here!).
If the hotel’s palatial appearance isn’t enough to make you feel like royalty, they treat you like a Roman god at this great hotel in Singapore. You’ll feel like a king right from the minute you see the amenities in your room (like the classic N’Espresso coffee to start your morning off right) to the evening cocktail and hor’devours to let your day’s stress slip away.
I had the opportunity to stay in one of The Fullerton’s executive suites during my speaking invitation at the Travel Distribution Asia Summit in Singapore, and it sure was a treat.
I would say that The Fullerton Singapore is a perfect blend of contemporary and elegant furnishings for the discerning traveler, with just the right number of bells and whistles to ensure that your stay is perfect.
One other thing that really stood out in my mind was their rain showers. It was the best rain shower that I have experienced in all my travels.
In addition, the executive lounge is one area where I believe other hotels ought to learn from The Fullerton. A variety of the most delicious canapés and a choice of the finest wines are presented for you, coupled with
the right jazz music to get you in the mood to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Fullerton is at one end of Boat Quay, which is the trendy entertainment district of Singapore. This is the best spot to be if you want to enjoy a drink and/or dinner by the water, and with just a short stroll down the Quay, you can dance the night away at the numerous open air DJ patios and clubs.
If dancing is not something you’re up for, you can kick back and relax at the Sheesha Bars, the big new fad in Singapore.
So, I’d recommend trying The Fullerton next time you’re in Singapore. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
