Rain or no rain? Plan of Rain Reduction at the Asian Games won't let that happen
It will not rain in Guangzhou, China, on November 12th or 27th, 2009. The organizers of the 16th Asian Games have a Plan of Rain Reduction, using liquid nitrogen, dry ice and silver iodide, for the Games’ opening and closing ceremonies at the city’s 80,000-seat Olympic Stadium.
