In the rugged mountains of Sòller on the west coast of Mallorca, Ca's Xorc welcomes guests into an alluring hideaway, far removed from the cluttered tourist towns of the coast.

This 200-year-old former olive mill, or finca, has been revitalized into an intimate, rustic boutique hotel with magnificent sea and mountain views. Each of the charmingly chic guestrooms boasts a chimney and/or terrace, retaining characteristics of the original finca.

Lunch and dinner are an event here. The expert chefs at Ca's Xorc's restaurant are passionate about their food, and insist on using only the freshest of locally harvested produce. Enjoy a casual lunch, and in the evening experience the chefs' delightful six course tasting menu accompanied by an excellent glass of Mallorcan wine. Wander outside to the terrace and follow the row of olive trees until you discover Ca's Xorc's infinity pool. Don't be concerned.
