The hotel is at great location (directly opposite Ponte Vecchio) and has a great staff. The rooms are from the best we've ever seen in a 4" hotel. You get what you see on the internet...
I stayed in Florence for two weeks (language course).

Hotel with exceptional views of the Ponte Vecchio on the Arno river and the roofs of Florence. Hotel decorated in modern style, with white curtains, and furniture in pigskin. Excellent products Ferragamo toiletries, the best I've ever found. Excellent breakfast. Thanks to Kiwi Collection I was offered a wonderful upgrade to suites and large basket of fresh fruit in room upon arrival. Highly recommended.
