four seasons beirut
I have been in countless top tier/luxury hotels yet Four Seasons Beirut is unfortunately not one of them. I found the staff (except the doorman) snobbish and seemingly unaware of service principles of a typical Four Seasons anywhere around the world. Service is what makes a hotel legendary after all, and it's not the case with this hotel.
We were two, but one set of towels and one glass for the bottle of water was all they offered. Otherwise, room service worked correctly and served good breakfast, location is nice being close to Zaytunay Bay.
They need to improve. I don't think I would go back there if there is availability in LeGray.

Located at the marina on the Corniche, the Four Seasons Beirut is in between the Financial and Al-Hamra districts, just 20 minute's drive from the Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport.
