The Grand Hotel Majestic - già Baglioni's proximity to the exceptional shopping of Galleria Cavour means you will never have to walk far with your fashionable finds. The equally famous cafes of Piazza Maggiore, are also just steps away. This close proximity to fashion and people-watching is a good thing, as the hotel's restaurant, I Carracci has superb reputation in a city already famous for its gastronomy.
There are 99 rooms and suites sharing views of the city square and one of the grandest old churches in Italy. The majority of rooms are decorated in classical style with ornate beds, draperies, and furniture. The Grand Deluxe rooms on the fourth floor each have a small terrace, which makes them feel all the more romantic.
Unlike most hotels, the presidential suite is not the Grand's finest room. For that, you will have to request the Art Deco suite which is, not surprisingly, decorated in an authentic 1930's fashion.
