Hotel El Aguamiel is beautiful and delicate, and pulls the breath from your lungs. The chosen building material here is locally sourced wood, partially for its low environmental processing footprint, and partially for the warm ambiance it creates.

Under the shadow of the towering Andes, the surrounding grounds are filled with Malbec vines, an underrated native grape with complex, refreshing perfume notes. Not to ignore the adjacent Cherry grove, producing plump, red treats.
