Overview
Complimenting the surrounding wilderness, the spa and restaurant are the un-natural wonders of this property.
That's especially true of the Waterfront Suites, which guests enter via a bridge spanning a fern gully. These generous lodgings have balconies overlooking the lake and lagoon, and their amenities include a bar, dual showers, and dual spa baths. Like the hotel's other rooms and suites, they're close to walking trails that lead around the lake and into nearby Wombat State Forest.
Relaxation is all well and good, but Lake House offers culinary pleasures too. After getting your fill of country air, sample fine regional cuisine on the restaurant terrace. Staff will also be happy to serve you by the lake, in the 10,000-bottle Cellar Room, or on the Lagoon Deck.
