Many of the suites, the outdoor swimming pool, and every table at the simply named The Restaurant share a stunning view of the sun-soaked Sea of Cortez. Keep an eye out for the whales and dolphins that frequently ply the waters in front of Las Ventanas al Paraiso with the aid of the telescope that comes with every room.
