Overview
Little Red Riding Hood and Alice walk into a hotel and… No, this is no joke. Maison Moschino is serious - albeit in an irreverent way - about design. Entering this once grand station, luminescent clouds, lamb, and gowns will greet you - a sure sign you've left ordinary back outside.
The spa is of note, as is the ironically inspired restaurant, Clandestino.Milano, serving fresh Italian fare re-imagined as sushi. But the real champions at Maison Moschino are the rooms. All 55 chambers are unique, and seem to pull the dreams of guests into the real world. A patterned and stuffed wolf waits silently in the Little Red Riding Hood room, while a giant coffee cup bends scale and reality in Alice's room. In other rooms, ball gowns become comforters, tree branches become bedposts, and flowers become sheets.
Still other rooms are themed in colors of gold and blue, and take influence from their location in the building; for example, the Luxurious Attic, complete with backlit boxes and white decorative cobweb - spider not included. With all this creativity inside, you'll need to remind yourself that some of the world's most famous works of art are just around the corner.

A three stars hotel with four stars pretension.
The staffs are friendly but inexperienced. Rooms are corky and somewhat charming but very small and impractical. Upon closer look of the room's decor, it is virtually on the style as IKEA furnitures--simply not comfortable and poorly functional. Bathroom floor is completely wet after shower due to the water coming out of the shower door on the bottom.
Rooms situated in the front of the hotel is extremely noisy on the weekend due to their bar scene at night.
In spite of hanging the "do not disturb" sign on my door and while I was still in my room, three different chambermaids knocked on my door and two of them open doors abruptly.
I booked for four nights but leaf on the second night.
This hotel is corky and cute; however, it is really for younger crowd who enjoy the trendy, happening hotel but not for people who are used to a long established five stars luxury hotel. Ultimately, This hotel is suitable for models who travel to Milan fashion work. It is, in short, got style but short of substance.

Hotel Maison Moschino is in Viale Monte Grappa 12, an exciting district near Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi. From Malpensa Airport, the trip is roughly 40 minutes by car.
