Part of a 2,470-acre reforestation project and a 1,977-acre nature reserve, Morgan's Rock Hacienda & Ecolodge built all of its accommodations from sustainable lumber. The spectacular beachfront setting offers many opportunities for adventure. Kayak through the mangroves in the estuary, go horseback riding along the coast, or take a guided night walk in the forest.
At the thatch-roofed lodge, embark on a culinary journey by sampling the inventive menu, which fuses Nicaraguan, South American, French, and Asian cuisine. Most ingredients are local and seasonal - including the just-caught fish.

Morgan's Rock Hacienda & Ecolodge is near San Juan del Sur, a town on the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua. By car, the resort is two hours and 30 minutes south of Managua's Agusto Sandino International Airport, 90 minutes south of the city of Granada, and 45 minutes north of the Costa Rican border.
