But it's on the inside where ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa surprises. Yes, you'll have a large, private terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, necessities in a room with a panoramic ocean view. But the interior design is very modern, and very dark and sexy, with granite counters and leather walls. And you'll almost feel guilty tracking sand all over those chocolate mahogany floors.
