One&Only Palmilla, One of the original hotspots for the rich and famous. Even as a small 1950's hideaway, One&Only Palmilla attracted Hollywood stars and world leaders to its doors.

Once the playground of Hollywood movie stars such as Clark Gable, John Wayne and Desi Arnaz, One&Only Palmilla originally opened as a sophisticated 15-room resort for the international elite.

Built in the 1950s by ambitious aviator and playboy Abelardo Luis Rodriguez, son of the president of Mexico, the resort community of One&Only Palmilla has blossomed into one of the highest rated getaways south of the U.S. border.

At One&Only Palmilla, you can either sit back and unwind as the movie stars did before you, or jump feet first into aquatic adventures. Los Cabos is renowned for its deep-sea game fishing, and the resort is happy to accommodate both novice and tournament fishers. Nearby coral reefs allow for great scuba diving and snorkeling, with visibility more than 100 feet down.

For golfers, don't miss the resort's 27-hole golf course, personally designed by Jack Nicklaus that offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.
