Excellent!
Very good hotel, very nice rooms and very good service. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient and the free hotel shuttle makes it very easy to get to the BTS station.
Good Location, pleasant apartments
I shared a two bed apartment with another couple. The Residence was still in soft opening phase and there were a few technical problems - slow internet at times, a power cut, and issues with the hot water pressure.
The decor is very nice and the layout well designed, with good attention to detail, if all a little plain vanilla.
Very comfortable beds and well designed bathrooms etc.
Staff are very helpful, and take initiative. So the service is good.
The hotel cars are so ridiculously overpriced that only a company executive with no qualms about ripping off his shareholders would consider using them, which I just found irritating. Far more expensive than other 5* hotels in BKK.
The location is great - just a 7 min walk to Ploenchit BTS, and right across the road from All Seasons Place.
I'd definitely stay again, as a one bed apartment is the same cost as many of the better rooms in 5* hotels in BKK, and they do a great breakfast.
