Leaning on the railing of your deck, you squint your eyes and scrutinize the area around you. So far you’ve seen kookaburras, scrub turkeys, and a frill-necked lizard from this vantage point, and you’re eager for more… was it the breeze, or did that bush just move? A private guesthouse perched high on the escarpment above Pretty Beach in the Bouddi National Park, Pretty Beach House is located just 100 km north of Sydney, yet it feels worlds away.

Just three one-bedroom pavilions that surround the Main House grace this property, so even when Pretty Beach House is fully booked, your sense of privacy and seclusion is protected. All three pavilions have are fantastically furnished, boast private plunge pools, and are surrounded by seven and a half acres of beautiful bushland and a very “Pretty Beach.”
