Tucked away in the Old Walled City of Jodhpur lies RAAS, a boutique hotel that is as much an architectural and urban marvel as the city that surrounds it.

Sometimes the fast pace of city life can be exciting; other times it becomes a tad exhausting, urging one to dream of a calm oasis in which to wind down. Better yet, a calm oasis in an exotic location infused with a sense of history… yet outfitted with all the modern accoutrements necessary for one’s utter relaxation. If this sounds familiar, and a trip to India’s Jodhpur is on the cards, then the moment you arrive at RAAS, the calm you crave will greet you gladly.

39 rooms, including seven suites, have been designed and decorated with a soothing, rejuvenating, and luxurious stay in mind. All spaces are large, modern, and airy, and guests can choose between rooms and suites; which offer separate sitting rooms, larger balconies and bathrooms. Views of the Mehrangarh Fort can be seen from 35 of the rooms, while the remaining four have private gardens overlooking the old, restored buildings. All rooms and suites have balconies and delightful finishing touches.
