The spirit of old Italy is alive and well in Seattle thanks to the Sorrento. The 76 rooms and suites in this iconic Italian mission-style hotel boast sumptuous old-world furnishings.

Featuring the original mahogany paneling from 1909, the Fireside Room has long been a popular Seattle hangout where people gather to enjoy traditional afternoon tea or cocktails and jazz at night. There's also the Hunt Club, the hotel's upscale-casual restaurant offering classic fare made from fresh, local ingredients.

The hotel also offers shiatsu, pilates, and decadent spa treatments (try the relaxing Algae Wrap). The Sorrento also provides luxury indulgences for Rover: for an extra fee, the hotel will furnish a dog bed, organic dog food, and food and water bowls for your four-legged friend. The Sorrento Hotel is Seattle's first and oldest boutique hotel. It opened just before the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition, a world's fair that attracted more than four million visitors to Seattle.

The hotel is located in the historic First Hill neighborhood close to tourist attractions such as the Space Needle and Pioneer Square. From Sea-Tac International Airport, the hotel is a quick 20-minute drive.
