Perfect
For us this is the perfect city hotel in Dubai. Our one-week stay in a Premier Fountain View room was 10/10. We love the ambiance in and around the hotel. All the staff members did a great job to make us happy guests during our entire stay. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Also the Fazaris restaurant is excellent. Location is truly exceptional.

Very Comfortable Stay
Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable & enjoyable. The hotel staff member at check-in was efficient & helpful and our room was very well appointed.

Una vela nel deserto
Great hotel in the center of Dubai's most beautiful, direct access to the Mall, uninterrupted views of the fountains, thanks to Kiwicollection we got breakfast included in the price and upgrade in a premier room. Lenzuona soft beds and Egyptian cotton, for the courtesy Acqua di Parma. Infinity pool, very large with magical panorama, beautiful even in the evening because more enlightened, pool bar great at sunset. Excellent choice for visiting Dubai with all the comforts.
Hotel fantastico nel centro più bello di Dubai, accesso diretto al Mall, vista impareggiabile sulle fontane, grazie a kiwicollection abbiamo ricevuto colazione inclusa nel presso e un upgrad in premier room. Letti morbidi e lenzuona di cotone egiziano, per la linea cortesia Acqua di Parma. Piscina infinity, molto grande con panorama magico, bella anche la sera perchè sempre illuminata, bar piscina ottimo al tramonto. Ottima scelta per visitare Dubai con tutti i confort.

The Address was home..only for a while
The fountain view from our hotel room was simply amazing....the sounds of music from the fountain and the sights of the largest fountain in the world "dancing" to the tunes was amazingly calming but equally wowing.
Great stay
We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Address Downtown Dubai. We, a party of 5, stayed in three Premier Fountain View rooms which were really nice. Both, the check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced during our travelling. The view from the rooms were stunning and the design and interior was of good taste. Staff and service were always ready to perform above average. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will go back for sure.
Location
Zeroing in on the bustling core of downtown Dubai, from the city's international airport can take more than an hour by public transit, requiring some tail-end walking amidst the dense commercial area to get to the hotel. Call in advance and The Address will gladly set up convenient airport transfers to and from the location for a fee.
