Hacienda Uayamon is located just outside the city of Campeche on the Yucatan Peninsula. The hacienda is within easy driving distance of several significant archaeological sites, such as the ancient Mayan cities of Edzna, Balamkú, and Calakmul, as well as other historic attractions such as nearby Champoton and the city of Campeche itself, which was founded in 1540.
