Fantastic hotel, great central location, small, friendly, very kind staff, great breakfast, rooms the best in London, the exceptional bath products. Fruit, Champagne and water in your room, Nespresso machine in the room. Kiwi Collection acknowledged with pleasure for offering its customers a little extra. My favorite all over London, to come back and recommend without hesitation.
