The nine-bedroom chalet is decorated with a mix of modern and rustic alpine décor, clad in a cream and Swiss-chocolate color motif. The two Master Suites on the top floor feature open fireplaces and private balconies from which to survey the spectacular views of the Swiss peaks. Rooms can be reserved individually, hotel style, but preference is given if you book the entire facility.
The staff at The Lodge - almost one per guest - do all they can to make it easy to hit the slopes, prepping breakfast and escorting you up the mountain. When you're not making the most of Verbier's alpine splendor, there's plenty to keep you occupied inside. The Lodge's indoor pool area connects to a steam room, gym, and spa - and the backyard includes a small ice rink.
Après-ski at Branson's Lodge means sampling the sort of wines you would hope to find in a Swiss cellar. The kitchen, always open, serves revellers in need of a refuelling, or just a midnight snack.
