Right on the coast, W Retreat & Spa Bali - Seminyak offers more than just a happening vibe (which in fact, would be enough). 237 rooms and villas provide either breathtaking views or ultimate privacy proving the best of both scenes. Inside, a pillow menu and 350-thread-count sheets keep things cozy, while rain showers and iPod docks make waking up fresh and funky. Some villas even offer private pools, perfect for a morning cool-off and/or cannonball.

Back at that beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, and waterskiing all make for excellent ways to spend an entire day. If there's ever been a good time to have an underwater camera, this is it.
