If you didn't already know, Truffles is a long-running hit. It has, for instance, received the CAA/AAA Five Diamond Award for 11 consecutive years, making it the only restaurant in Canada to have earned that distinction.

I've dined there twice and I'm wild about the food. Among the dishes I'd recommend are the Spaghettini with Truffle Foam, the Bison Carpaccio and Tartare, the Venison with Toasted Chestnuts and the Crisp Duck Breast and Bose Peras. The dessert menu is highlighted by a White Chocolate and Quince Marquise. End your meal with the 2003 Peller Estates Cabernet Franc Ice Wine. It's a
Canadian classic. Just like Truffles.

Bill Boggs is a noted food, lifestyle and travel authority, having interviewed and worked with many of the world's top restaurateurs and chefs, and has also appeared as himself in a dozen dramatic movie and TV show roles. In addition, he has authored a novel, "At First Sight," written for The New York Times and other prestigious national and international periodicals and served as the executive producer for both the groundbreaking "Morton Downey, Jr. Show" and "Court TV."
"Bill Boggs Talk Show Confidential," (developed at the fabled John Houseman Theater in the spring of 2003) a humorous and enlightening one-man show featuring stories, rare videos and songs about the world of television Bill Boggs has inhabited for the past thirty years, is currently playing at the Triad Theater on West 72nd Street in New York City. Bill Boggs also won acclaim on stage for his singing and story telling in the Off Broadway hit, "Our Sinatra," and he created and starred in "A Fine Romance," at New York's four-star "Restaurant Daniel."
