Smart travelers from North America will be flocking South in the next few months, especially to Argentina and Uruguay - well, they will not have to fly over water and the time-change, depending where they start, is minimal.
The people are really friendly. A great motivator, too, is that the dollar still goes a long way down there.
This is why Buenos Aires is really really hot, with sensational night life and shopping, and take tango lessons. Buenos Aires has a marvelous Four Seasons.
And look at Uruguay, which has a capital, Montevideo, that is like a quaint European city.
Four Seasons has a resort in Carmelo, on the Rio de la Plata. At the hot-hot Punta del Este, which has been really French for the last 50 years, the newly-opened Cipriani has an onsite doctor and a spa that offers de-stressing, botox and anti-ageing. Wherever, head for South America now!
