100% MERCERIZED PIMA COTTON WITH 500 THREAD COUNT
Pima cotton is specific long staple cotton. Long staple cottons have a specific length of 13/8 in or longer, the Kiwi bed linen is 1.44 - 1.5 in length. Mercerization refers to a process which permanently swells the fiber to increase strength, luster and smoothness. Combing is a further process which removes foreign materials/ impurities which eliminates pilling; this also ensures yarns are strong, cohesive and smooth.

OPULENT SATIN WEAVE
A sateen weave offers the softest feeling product, while the weaving process screens for impurities and combs the yarn to have a luxurious satin feel. Finally, a thorough finishing process will remove the layer of tiny fuzz which also prevents the fabric from later pilling.

ECO-CONSCIOUS PROCESSES
Eden Textile Eco-conscious processing uses only AZO free imported dyes/ chemicals (non toxic/ carcinogenic, naturally break down into non- toxic substances) from countries that enforce stringent environmental laws in accordance with ISO- 14001. They use peroxide rather than chlorine bleach because peroxide breaks down into two harmless substances, oxygen and water. The yarn fiber waste is recycled for retail pillows, cushion stuffing, etc.
