Patricia Moreno - seen here with a friend and fellow fitness genius - was born in Madrid in 1988. She had ten siblings and went through adolescent eating disorders before realizing the importance of life.

As she says on her site, 'The greatest power to influence our life, our health and our happiness is our thought power or our spiritual power'. Described as an artistic gymnast, she founded Sati Life to share her thoughts. The practice of intensati, she says, offers training for body and life.
Patricia Moreno, who is sponsored by Reebok, is recognized as one of the most respected fitness instructors today. Teaching at the prestigious Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City, Patricia has a devoted following of students who swear by her intenSatiTM, danceSatiTM, yogaSatiTM, coreSatiTM and warriorSatiTM classes.

Thanks to the Handel Group, she will be teaching at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, November 7-9, 2008. Patricia Moreno calls her program for the luxury hotel, Design Your Life: A Life You Love in a Body You Love, and it will also feature personal development expert Laurie Gerber.
