Hunting excursions with Bernhard Loew
The Grand Palace is now offering packages for hunting enthusiasts
Wednesday, December 31, 2008
Bernhard Loew - seen in this Haralds Klavinius caricature - is the man to know if you want to hunt big animals (the headline of the cartoon says “after a long, hard season of driven hunts, finally home”.

The girl says: “Mom, could you come here for a minute? There is a man with a gun on the door”. The hunter calls: “Children, father is back”, and the vulture thinks: ”A cool guy”.
Loew has access to both the only-two licenses for West Malaysia, and already many Germans, especially, contact him for personalized luxury trips to pursue crocodile, water buffalo and wild boar. He can also arrange Namibia and Siberia, whatever you want. Loew is based in the Latvian capital, Riga, where he is General Manager of the Grand Palace Hotel, a member of The Leading Small Hotels of the World, and Regional Director of the Schlossle Hotel Group.
An ideal first introduction to a Loew-type program would be go for a red deer trip in Latvia, cow and calf run through now until December 31st, 2008, and stag until January 31st, 2009.

Other themed hunting trips feature wild duck and wild goose, both through to November 15th, 2008, and, until March 31st, 2009, beaver, fox, marten, raccoon dog, wild boar, and wolf. The cock-capercaillie season starts April 10th, 2009.
The Grand Palace Hotel's hunting packages include all necessary permits, ground transport, accommodation - both in the luxury Grand Palace Hotel and, where necessary, at a hunting lodge - and escorts.
