From December 2-5, 2009, Khun Paisarn will be welcoming guest chef Tam Kwok Fung, who heads the Chinese kitchens at the mighty City of Dreams complex in Macau SAR, www.melco-crown.com.

Tam is a fan of organic ingredients and he is known for preparing his dishes with a light hand when it comes to salt and seasonings. He is also respected for his deep knowledge of how Chinese medicine and ancient Taoist cuisine combine in traditional dishes that are believed to preserve the body’s balance and longevity. One highlight during this special visit will be a masterclass for resort guests with both chefs on December 4th, 2009.
