Borgo Paraelios, once the splendid 19th century private country residence, is now a piece of paradise surrounded by a lush green park. The hotel is a combination of harmony and perfection even in the smallest details like preserved terracotta floors, vaulted and beamed ceilings, precious antiques, and a private collection of period paintings and tapestries.

This intimate hotel has a total of 16 Superior Double Rooms and two Junior Suites. All the fully-equipped rooms are furnished with elegance and taste and appointed with brass beds and romantic floral printed fabrics. Most of the rooms are in the garden wing of the hotel and have individual patios leading out to the garden where meals can be served.

The restaurant is a large but refined frescoed dining room with an outside terrace where it is possible to dine in the summer months. Borgo Paraelios’ savory cuisine focuses on fresh local ingredients enhanced by the highly-prized Sabine extra virgin olive oil. The hotels chefs are highly qualified with many years of experience in various regions on Italy.

The hotel has its own Beauty and Wellness Centre where guests can choose from various facial and body treatments, all carried out by highly qualified staff who only use the best ingredients on the market. The Beauty Centre includes a sauna and Turkish bath which can complete any treatment or simply used as a healthy way to indulge yourself in total relaxation.
