Casa Silva Hotel

Certainly one of the most beautiful in Chile, and the oldest in the Colchagua Valley, the wine cellar at Vina Casa Silva faithfully represents the charm of old Chilean culture and tradition. Casa Silva is much more than a winery, it has an exquisite hotel and restaurant, restored to its original condition, an authentic Colchaguan house. Both are typically Chilean in design. The hotel is found at one of the extremities of the cellar, the building having originally been the estate's farmhouse. The hotel is designed to accommodate guests that wish to discover and enjoy Chilean traditions.

While staying at the hotel, guests will be able to live an important part of history. The building was the founding farmhouse of the estate and it has been beautifully renovated to offer guests the perfect stay. Rooms have a country feel, while still being modern, with wood flooring and crisp white linens.

There is also a restaurant set above, but also within, one of the barrel rooms where some of the finest Chilean dishes can be sampled. Hotel guests will be presented with a selection of wonderful Chilean food as well as International dishes. The restaurant itself is situated within one of the authentic barrel rooms.

The Vina Casa Silva winery is open for visits and tasting throughout the year. Guests can wander through the old structures, taste Vina Casa Silva wines and enjoy the natural gifts that the valley has to offer. Guests can also visit the cellar, one of Chile's oldest and most attractive and the vineyards that are adjacent. The premium tour also incorporates a visit to the polo pitch and the rodeo arena, both within the grounds, for guests to enjoy a rodeo or polo demonstration.
