Chiva-Som is a world-renowned, luxury, health resort located on the beach of Hua Hin some 220 Kilometres south of Bangkok. Chiva-Som rooms offer luxury and comfort with fittings and features providing a perfect balance between Thai beauty and Western standards. From marble bathrooms to Thai sculptures and individual DVD players in each room, your creature comforts are taken care of.

All Ocean View rooms in the main building, renovated in 2005, face the Gulf of Thailand and Chiva-Som’s outside pool. They offer private balconies or terraces for drinking in the fresh air and relaxing atmosphere, and listening to the softly lapping sea.

Experience a different tranquility in one of Chiva-Som Thai Pavilions. Built around the lake, they offer a calm, peaceful atmosphere close to beautifully kept gardens. Watch carp glide in the lake from your sala and enjoy that sense of peace that comes from being close to nature. Larger than the ocean view rooms these are ideal if you prefer more space.

Chiva-Som’s seven suites are in the main building and all look out to the Gulf of Thailand. Choose from Herbal, Fragrance, or Rain Forest Suites. The Herbal and Fragrance Suites, each with separate living rooms, feature much larger outdoor terraces overlooking the sea. These newly renovated suites offer a larger lounge area, larger outdoor terrace, and feature a bathroom with two basin areas, ideal for couples traveling together. The bathroom also features separate bath and shower areas, which allows guests to take advantage of Chiva-Som bath treatments in their room. Included in these suites is an adjoining dressing and changing area. These suites can be made into two bedroom suites by combining them with an Ocean View Room.

Chiva-Som’s top suite is The Golden Bo Suite. Located in the main building, it has views of the Gulf of Thailand from both the bedroom and living areas. The suite has an extensive entrance lobby which features Thai artifacts and materials. This leads into the lounge area which features an ample sitting area for 4 people, a state of the art stereo system, DVD and television. Double doors lead into the master bedroom where all walls are covered with traditional Thai Silk giving a truly luxurious feel to the furnishings and bedroom. A private bathroom including a Jacuzzi, changing area and dressing table are located off the main bedroom area.

All Chiva-Som suites come with a private butler service throughout your stay.

Traveling from Bangkok Airport to Chiva-Som Hua Hin couldn't be easier. By limousine: The journey from Bangkok Airport to the warm welcome of Chiva-Som takes less than 3 hours.

By scheduled flight from Bangkok Airport flying time is approximately 35 minutes. Pick up from Hua Hin Airport is by Resort Van.

Hua Hin is an international airport. Private planes including jets can land with prior arrangement.
