The Domaine des Andéols has a passion for the regions delightful fragrances, aromas, colors, and infinite nuances. It is also the passion of Alain Ducasse, who created the Domaine des Andéols – making it his fifth home. The extraordinary domain is composed of nine warm and beautiful, modern and independent houses. Each is a unique blend of originality, charm and comfort, a showcase of an amazing collection of rare and unusual objects.

The nine guesthouses of the Domaine des Andéols are all different, for each one is a collection of memories. Memories and souvenirs of journeys, experiences, sensations that each piece of furniture, each color, each objects, recounts in its own specific way. The guesthouses include The Lovers House, The Cascade House, The Forever House, The House Afar, The Terrace House, The Red House, The White House, The Artists House and The Traveler House. All Nine independent houses are all large, friendly and comfortable.

The table at Les Andeols is a voyage into the heart of the flavors of Provence, revisited, reinvented and re-orchestrated by Alain Ducasse. It is a gastronomic promenade where flavors and fragrances intermingle and blend, gathering and merging to the rhythm of the seasons.
