From Heraklion Airport turn onto the main road in the direction of Ag. Nikolaos, which is in the opposite direction from the town of Heraklion. Continue on this road for approximately 60 km passing the towns of Hersonnissos, Malia and Neapoli. On approaching the town of Ag. Nikolaos you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights following the signs posted to Elounda. At 50 meters, you will come to another set of traffic lights, turn right again and you are on the road to Elounda approximately 7 km. Go up and over a hill and on the other side and see magnificent view of Elounda and the islands. Going down the hill, take the first turning to the right, you will see a small cream and red colored supermarket on the corner. The Elounda Gulf Villas & Suites are just there on the right-hand side, reception is just through the wooden electronic gates.
