Carved into the bluffs overlooking the sea, the restaurant features three levels of stone terraces flowing from a circular palapa-roofed dining room down to the property's two sandy coves. At Esperanza Resort guests can also sample more than 100 varieties of Mexico’s most sophisticated tequilas made from pure agave, including those expressly paired with dessert or a cigar.
