Estancia La Paz was built in 1830 and subsequent additions to the building were made in 1860 in a typical colonial style and in the late 1800’s the owner built an extension in an Italian Renaissance style. Estancia La Paz is also one of the landmarks along El Camino Real. This magnificent property is now a new alternative for guests who are looking for enjoyment and relaxation.

This magnificent house which once hosted national heroes now welcomes guests and offers warmth and hospitality plus the service of a luxury hotel. The 23 rooms are all decorated in the traditional style with antique wood furnishings.

For those who enjoy playing golf, they have access to one of the most picturesque golf courses in Argentina, The Estancia La Paz Golf Course. Originally designed in 1931, at the beginning it was a 5-hole golf course, which was later completed to reach 18 holes in 1997. In both building stages the natural topography of the terrain was respected as well as the local flora such as the Algarrobos which now are more than 100 years old.

Estancia La Paz has two polo fields, which have a magnificent view of the Sierra Hills. The traditional Estancia La Paz tournament and the Challenger Cup are played on the grounds every year. The guests who are interested in taking part in this fascinating sport can do so. The hotel can arrange polo matches with local players who often use the magnificent polo fields.
