The Eugenia

Each of the 12-suites of The Eugenia is appointed with antique furniture and fittings. The lobby, the reception area, the restaurant, the library and the lounge are set on the ground floor while all the twelve guest rooms are located on the second and third floors in the main building. The swimming pool and the Thai sala are set in the rear courtyard; the entire pool area dates back to a more leisurely time when people of taste sipped tea or coffee and partook of the finest delectable fares under swaying palm trees on balmy sub-tropical evenings.

All 12 suites are appointed with antique furniture & fittings and, furnishings, and are also stocked with high quality spa products. The Eugenia defines understated elegance and comes complete with swaying palms and antique furniture and fittings along with period furnishings and decorations throughout. The furniture and fittings have been part of an eclectic private collection of the owner and his family collected over time from British & French Colonial Burma, India & Indo-China. There are four types of suites at The Eugenia, all with high ceilings and sumptuously commodious: Eugenia, Sawadee, Wattana and Siam suites.

At The Eugenia, fine gourmet can be found at the D.B. Bradley Dining Room where cross-cultured delicacies are served with attention to the utmost detail for both lunch & dinner. The restaurant is named after a Christian missionary who pioneered in the introduction of Western medicine to Siam in 1835.

Breakfast & Light meals are also available at the Eugenia. Gourmet coffee and tea, as well as seasonal selection of western and oriental breakfast a la carte are offered daily at The Zheng He Lounge from 7AM. A full drinks menu with Thai Oriental Express, and International Canapés & Tapas, are served until midnight. The lounge is named after the great Chinese voyager Admiral Zheng He, the first maritime adventurer covering half the world in seven journeys.
