EXPERIENCE
To step back in time, you first have to follow the trout-filled brook to the main lodge made of redwood. Despite the rustic settings, accommodations are luxurious thanks to wood burning fireplaces, Aveda bath products and the famous Glendorn signature cookie jars. Stay at The Big House or enjoy a private cabin.
The food is created using fresh, local seasonal products. When its warm out, breakfast and lunch are served on the terrace. Gourmet backpack lunches are available so you can enjoy a picnic along the lakes and streams.
Fly-fishing is crucial to the experience. Fuller Brook is a gem and nearly three miles of privately managed trout stream. Each morning, the Activities Staff will help plan your day, arranging classes for levels of angler. Bike, hike, stroll, or climb through the trail system that covers the entire 1,280-acre estate. The staff will help prepare a day hike or ride within the nearby state parks.
The Lodge at Glendorn is located in northwestern Pennsylvania, just outside the city of Bradford; a short drive from Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Toronto. Glendorn is a 35-minute drive from the airport serving Bradford and a 90-minute drive from Buffalo. Car service from either airport can be hired by advance reservation.
