After a long renovation, a collection of three Spanish Colonial Mansions including the town's sugar mill are impressively connected with stone walkways, brick passageways, tunnels, and footbridges set amidst six lushly landscaped acres. A vast array of original artwork, antiques, Spanish Colonial art meticulously grace the estates and add to the magical ambience. Thus, the name was created - Hacienda de los Santos, meaning ‘house of the saints’. Today, 25 accommodations, La Dulce Vida Spa, dining rooms, cantina, four pools, fitness center, business center, and more are offered at the resort.

Guests may choose to dine in their spacious rooms by the fireplace, or at one of the many intimate locations over-looking one of the three sparkling tiled pools and colorful Mexican gardens. There is casual dining in the Cantina and in the portales. You may also choose to dine in the more formal beautifully appointed colonial dining rooms. The evening menu changes daily with always three options for the entree. Many of the fresh vegetables and fruit come from the Hacienda's Ranch where they are organically grown.
