Three centuries ago, it was formerly known as the "Hacienda de Santa Maria de Miraflores" and in due course, this was the hacienda that founded the 'Convento Del Carmen' in 1722. The manoir of 'el Carmen' bears testimony to those who have inhabited it and who have appreciated.

The reception and Diego’s tertulias salon are yet another example of the carefully restored spaces that display the marriage of a Colonial Mexico and the practicality that the modern age requires, thus offering an environment of excellent taste and elegance.

Twelve double suites and three master suites offer guests comfort and tranquility, essential for an unforgettable visit. For an excellent dining experience the exquisite traditional Mexican cooking is in charge of chef Ambrosio Saavedra. The ingredients cultivated in the orchard guarantee freshness and most importantly, produce exempt from contaminating quemicals.

From Guadalajara Airport: From the airport, go north toward the city. Turn left on Calzada.Lazaro Cardenas towards Tequila Town. Turn right on Ameca Highway. Turn right on Etzatean y Teuchitlan and go left on carretera Carmen de Ordaz until you see the Hacienda. Hotel provides round trip transportation from 9am-7pm.
