Hilton Auckland is a luxury boutique-style hotel, located on the end of Prince's Wharf. It’s unique designed makes the most of its exclusive waterfront location, offering guests beautiful views across Auckland’s inner harbour. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutiques, various retail outlets, Duty Free shopping, and within a stone's throw of Auckland's theatre and entertainment precinct.

The hotel's conference and meeting facilities also double up as the arrival and departure hall for international cruise ship passengers, who are embarking or disembarking from cruise ships moored along side the hotel. This provides easy access for pre and post cruise stays at the hotel. In addition, behind the hotel are 65 serviced apartments that are managed by the Hilton: three, two and studio apartments available for long, short or casual stays.

The hotel's designer-furnished rooms and suites are stylish and contemporary, with chic furnishings and custom woven carpets. The rooms emphasis is on comfort, and each come with a contemporary chaise lounge or designer armchair, generously sized bathrooms that feature local timber finishes and luxury king beds with feather-down duvets. The rooms are spacious and welcoming and have generous private balconies and or decks. Each room offers in-room safe, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, satellite television, pay movies, a working desk with data points, two voice lines, one data and high-speed internet connection. Eight of the rooms are designed for special-needs with shower-only bathrooms.

The Junior Suites are located on floors 2 through to 7 and are 42 square meters in size. Triangle in shape, with stunning 180 degree views across Auckland harbour. All fitted with American King Beds. The Premier Suite is located on Level 7, consisting of two rooms: 1 bedroom and 1 parlour. The parlour can be converted to a Queen size foldout bed at night. Each room has stunning views across Auckland harbour and the city. In addition, there are 35 one- or two-bedroom apartments; these are fully self-contained, although guests are still free to enjoy all the hotel's amenities.

The hotel is 25 kilometers from Auckland International Airport which is approximately a 30-minute drive. Exit to intersection with SH20 drive to Auckland City on motorway. Exit at Queenstown Road to roundabout into Pah Road becoming Manukau Road left at lights to Alpers Avenue right to Gillies Avenue join motorway to city exit at Nelson Street to Quay Street.
