The 78 rooms and suites at Hotel im Wasserturm range from Deluxe Rooms to the Presidential Suite. Deluxe Rooms offer comfortable beds as well as an illuminated desk and seating area. Junior Suites offer separate living area and bedroom, separated by sliding doors. Maisonette/Duplex Suites have two floors; a spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom while living area and bathroom are on the first floor. Suites are also on two floors and have recently been refurbished with warm, bright colors as well as luxurious furnishings and chandeliers. This suite also offers a whirlpool. The Presidential Suite also has two floors, both entrances have video surveillance. The suite has two guest bathrooms, two living rooms, dining room and a library or office on the lower floor.

Restaurant dabljuW is the hotels main restaurant and features a large outdoor garden terrace. Restaurant La Vision, rated with one Michelin star, features a roof terrace on the 11th floor of the hotel. The hotel also features Harry’s Lounge; an elegant piano bar with garden terrace.
