Huka Lodge is 300 metres up stream from the famous Huka Falls. The lodge started as a simple fishing lodge on the banks of the Waikato River some 60 years ago, attracting anglers from around the world. Set within seven hectares of park-like grounds, Huka Lodge offers 18 Lodge Rooms, one suite and two exclusive cottages – the Owner’s Cottage with four-suites and the new two–suite Alan Pye Cottage (opening mid-December 2008).

Meals are table d'hôte and feature the freshest and best of New Zealand produce. Guests can also dine in the wine cellar surrounded by fine wines.
