Longueville Manor, which is located on the Island of Jersey just off the coast of Normandy, France, is a 14th century Norman manor house which has been lovingly restored and converted into one of Europe’s most acclaimed hotels.

Carrying on traditions of old, the Manor is very much self-sufficient and the original recipes are enhanced by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the walled kitchen garden. The Victorian glasshouses have been restored to provide fresh produce that would otherwise be out of season.
