The 39 rooms at Manoir Hovey are individually appointed and most have a lake view. They vary from small cozy rooms to spacious luxurious rooms with fireplaces, large Jacuzzi tubs, canopy beds and private lakeside balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with Frette towels, Aveda bathroom amenities, and bathrobes. The Treetops Suites are set in an elegant country cottage perched on a small cliff over Manoir Hovey, and can be rented separately or as two units. The Cartier Suite is an exceptionally romantic and secluded cottage on the lakeshore with canopy bed, luxury bathroom with double bathtub, large deck and private dock with its own canoe and kayak.

Romantic dining is enjoyed overlooking the English gardens and lake or around the inglenook fireplace. Manoir Hovey is renowned for its Quebec cuisine, which uses the finest local and regional products. Guests can enjoy cocktails in the George Washington bar or in the Tap Room.
